I hope this email message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a problem I encountered regarding the organization of the meeting on the 4th.

Unfortunately, I haven't received the details of the meeting and I'm worried, since I didn't receive the information about the call directly either. I heard about it from one of the colleagues.

In addition, I would like to inform you that I do not currently have access to the discussion platforms or shared documents.

I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving these issues. I am available to provide any additional information that may be required.

Regarding access to discussion platforms and shared documents, you are a member of the WG5 dicussiongroup, and that ensures access to all relevant materials. Please check your junk folder, as sometimes emails might end up there.

Thank you for the email and the info as well. I carefully checked all the emails and spam, and it seems I do not have any access to any platforms for the shared documents, materials, and discussions. If you have already shared any material in any platform, I assure you that I do not have any access, even if I am a member of WG5 and I am included in the google group. 

So, could you please tell us if you have shared any material so far? If yes, I am not given any access as well.
