Working Group 2 In-person meeting

Dear Working Group 2 members,

You may have seen that  the invitations for our first in-person Working Group meeting, on May 3 in Mustafapaşa, Turkey, have gone out. 

As with all GameTable meetings, determinations have to be made on who to invite for reimbursement based on a variety of factors. Because we want to be able to include everyone, and make sure that everyone in the Working Group is aware of what is going on regardless of the financial limitations we have, his meeting will be hybrid, so you will be able to attend virtually. Of course, if you have your own funding to attend the meeting but were not listed for reimbursement, you are more than welcome to join us in person, but please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

In the coming days, we will put together some logistical details for those of you who will attend in person so you can start to book. We suggest you book soon, as Cappadocia is a big tourist destination and it will be very close to the high season.

As the meeting approaches, we will provide more details regarding the programming of the day.
