GameTable WG2: Member list alongside introductions

Hi,

I'm looking forward to our meeting on Dec 14th. In addition to our
introductions on that day, it would be great to have a some short info
in text form. There is already some info in our WG applications which I
can download as a CSV file
(https://e-services.cost.eu/action/CA22145/working-groups/applications),
but the resulting spreadsheet is rather large, and particularly the
parts about our backgrounds, expertise, motivations and contributions (=
columns X, Y, Z, and AA when I open the csv in LibreOffice Calc) are
unwieldy.

I'm wondering if there's a format in which the member list (including
backgrounds & expertise) would be easier to parse and use, but have to
admit I myself have no good idea so far how to approach this.

Any thoughts?

Hi Jonas, and WG2 Members, 

I also agree that it would be beneficial to have some short info in text form, we can use somehow the one that is already on the COST Action website, or prepare a small bio to share in a drive after the 14th of December meeting for everyone to look at.

Yes, this is something that would be helpful (not just for us, but for all working groups). The working group applications aren't the best way to do it because the information isn't quite what we want, nor is it consistent.

Dear Jonas and all,

It is exactly what I previously proposed for a google sheet, days ago... The format of applications is shown in E cost platform only to MC Members I suppose, so I as well and Jonas and some others ( as MC) can see it, but not everyone, that is why I proposed a short bio in a google sheet, where everyone can write its own and it can be administered bybthe leader of the WG...

Meanwhile, for the confirmation of meetings we could use doodle poll, so to avoid confusion with so many emails among us...
