Introductory Meeting Schedule

Hello everyone,

In preparation for our first meeting on Thursday, Tim and I have put together a schedule for everyone's introductions. We have grouped people roughly based on their approaches, as best we could determine from your Working Group Applications.

Please keep your introductions to five minutes or less. To make sure things run smoothly and on time, we ask that you introduce yourselves without the aid of a presentation. If you go under five minutes that is fine, we will use the extra time in each session for discussion.

Please focus your introduction on your interests and previous work as they relate to games, so we can identify ways that we overlap and can identify collaborations.

We've taken into account as best we could the time constraints that you indicated up until now, Please let us know if your availability has changed and we will do the best we can to accommodate this. We know it is a long meeting, so we expect that people will come and go as they are able.

Thanks so much for your patience! We are very much looking forward to meeting you all (or seeing you again!) on Thursday!
