GameTable WG1 Event - January 2025 - London

We are planning to organise our next 2-day in-person meeting for Working Group 1 (Search, Planning, Learning, and Explainability) of the GameTable COST Action on January 20th and 21st, in London.
Exact topics are yet to be determined (hopefully with your input!), but for sure, we hope to:
Give young researchers a chance to show themselves and connect with established researchers in the field.
Discuss possible deeper collaborations with the archeological side of the Action.
Encourage establishing task forces to collaborate on action-related topics chosen on your own.
Make progress on investigating opportunities for collaborating on future grant proposals related to the topics of the Working Group and the Action.
As always, we will be able to provide funding for travel and accommodations to some people, but likely not to everyone who would like to attend. If you are interested in attending, please fill in the following form (note that this is not yet a guarantee that we will be able to provide funding to you, but rather serves for us to get an idea of who would like to join):

This form will be closed on 14 December, 2024. We plan to inform people eligible for reimbursement as soon as possible (within a few days) after that deadline. Note that booking anything before we explicitly tell you that are are invited with eligibility for funding is at your own risk.
Please also keep your PhD students and other young researchers in mind, and encourage them to attend if their work is within the scope of the working group.
