For those who like to run with scissors, Ottso Expresso with the Rank
Express option and the Fastest play speed places somewhere around
4,000 balls per hour and gets about 1,000 bingos per hour.

Both the Fast and Fastest play speeds have Bam! where the cheat places
more than one ball at a time. Cautious users should stick to the
Regular, Slow or Slowest play speeds.
