Ottso Expresso Version 1.1

Ottso Expresso Version 1.1 adds strategy options for Super Lottso and
Lottso cards. While not great for advancing in the ranks or earning
tokens, they come in handy for weekly challenges like the upcoming
challenge to collect Super Lottso cards.

Version 1.1 improves "endgame" logic and makes the Keep Chat Alive
option much smoother. When you type in chat with the Keep Chat Alive
option, Ottso Expresso will now pause briefly until you are done.
