Ottso Expresso Version 1.1 SP1

Gameotter has released an update to Ottso Expresso, the cheat for
Lottso! Express.

Version 1.1 SP1 fixes some problems with Ottso Expresso getting stuck
when scratching cards at slower speeds. It also fixes a problem where
Ottso Expresso sometimes scratches both sides on the Super Lottso
setting bringing up a Mega Lottso by mistake.
