multi canvas

hi.

please include the multi-canvas-branch, it does a good job.

i use different canvas-instances as backbuffer and for cutting tiles from bigger images.

this works fine with the multi-canvas branch, juggling different canvas' with different sizes.

any reason for not pulling in that branch?
