Dear GameCATS,

We are scheduled to go to the library this Thursday, to be there from 3-5 pm to prepare to do CSDT workshops after school at the library. 

Please let me know if you can attend (I really need all of you unless it's really not possible)! I would like to meet at 1:30 to prepare and drive over at 2:30 pm; I think we'd be back by 5:30 pm.

I was told that the whole team could do after school workshops; Since this is turning out not to be true I need each of your EXACT schedules so I can schedule school visits.

monday i have class from 1230-145
tuesday 1100-1215, 200-315, 330-445
wednesday 1230-145, 200-445
thursday 1100-1215, 200-315, 330-445
friday 200-315 (STARS)

thats what i put down before as my schedule. its still the same.

Thanks Shawn, I only had that the team could do "after school" hours - this looks like you are never available for after school except on Mondays.

from what i understand, me and dj are avalilable to do afterschool on most days.  originally, we had split the team up so that shawn and michael could do morning activities and me and dj could do after school.
 
i am available to go to the library tomorrow. 
 
also, could everyone send me the presentation that i asked for last week a little sooner(like today)?  so that i know what you intend to cover during the workshop?
