Ant can't find snapshot jars

Hello, good evening! Ant can't seem to find snapshots for narya,
vilya, nenya, or clyde. Checked github on all four and also didn't see
snapshots, but I might be missing some kind of easy-button that allows
them to be acquired automagically. On windows xp 64, but I don't think
it has much to do with the snapshots being invisible.
Was wondering if anyone could direct me to where the snapshots went,
thanks in advance :3
