If you have ever been influenced by a video game be a part of this
event. It is the most fun and work packed into 48 hours possible. Be
your talent in music (creating music? putting music on the computer?
YES), art (concept and digital art? YES), programming, general
computer science, writing, or anything remotely related to a video
game in any way, shape, or form, join the event.
The basic goal of this event is to create a video game in 48 hours.
Not only is this a great way to network with developers all over the
state of Colorado, it is a great way to get your ideas out and into
the world. Think of an actual video game on your resume. Wouldn't that
be GREAT?!
People all over the world and all over Colorado are going to be
joining together to create video games!
"The Global Game Jam (GGJ) is the world's largest game jam event
occurring annually in late January. GGJ brings together thousands of
game enthusiasts participating through many local jams around the
world. GGJ is a project of the International Game Developers
Association (IGDA)," says the website.
