The Completion of Ultimate Lexicographical Order Software

I have greatly upgraded LexicographicSets.EXE to accomplish just about anything imaginable in this field of combinatorics (combinatorial mathematics). The significant upgrade added a highly requested function: Euromillions lottery game. I also added a module to calculate the lexicographic order for two-in-one cases of lotto games.

DrawIndex.EXE is now in version 4.0. The significant upgrade added two highly requested functions: Euromillions and horse racing trifectas.

This might as well be the conclusion of all matters lexicographic.
