I just wanted to present myself:
My name's Matteo Carnevali, I'm 30 years old and I live in Rome,
Italy.
I work as a professional photographer and I'm a gamba maniac.
I've been studying since one year up to now
and I cannot stop playing and loveing my bass viol.
I'm not a newbie of ancient music: I've been playing recorder
for 20 years and teaching it for a while in the spare time.

I wanna salute you all since we share this great love
for the viola da gamba.
