Interaction between agents in parallel simulations

I have read about run several simulations and try to create two simulations in this way about pig farm model. This model is about spread disease between pigs in one farm and i just want to improve it to spread between farms (Ex: Pig1 in simulator can spread disease to Pig2 in simulator(S1) ). But I don't see any way to link or communicate between agents in different simulators. Is this possible to do ? Thanks you!
