where is the group of clustered data

Hello 

I need to know how can I see the group of clustered data after the clustering is done , since I wrote the model but when try to see the grouped agents, but  I have just long list at index zero .

meanwhile I need the group of clustered data to manipulate them by other statements

any comment please
