well I have a shape file and I want to treat its data , since when it was as csv, the spatial coordinates were not compatible with my world, so I convert the coordination system , then I have shp file, to obtain the compatibility, between this file and my world coordination

You can just import the shapefile with its data directly. Please see the examples, on creating agents with shapefile attributes. The code that goes in the  square brackets. if you know how a shapefile works, you can also bring in data (with coordinates) from its dbf file saved as csv.

yes dear Srirama I use the .dbf  file and convert it to csv but it didn't work like shp one
