Is it happening in Eclipse ? Or in GAMA ?
In Eclipse, although it never happened to me, you should try to run it with the ‘-clean’ option.
To do this, navigate to the Eclipse.app application, choose « Open Package » (or something similar) to display the inside folders, then go to « Contents>MacOS ».
Open the terminal, type « cd » and then drag and drop the MacOs folder onto the terminal window. Hit return and execute « ./eclipse -clean » . this should fix some outstanding problems with the builder, workspace, etc.
If it does not, try to reinstall in a new Eclipse workspace rather than in the old one.
