Heya,

So firstly, this coming weekends training cycles are the first of the mandatory cycles, you must attend at least one of the cycles over the next two weekends, this is necessary for everyone to get used to cycling in large groups so even if you're making the millage on your own you have to get to one of these cycles.

Next is the open meeting next week, this is at 7:30pm on Tuesday 11th in John Hume lecture theatre 1 on NUIM campus (see attached campus map) Here there will be some important talks about the weekend, a last chance to change any of your registration details and the opportunity for you to pick your room mates for the hostel if you requested accommodation in Galway. Also for anyone who still needs to pay their deposit we will be collecting them on the evening. Anyone on the support crew please note that there is a meeting after this for you.

We're also going to have a sale of second hand cycling equipment, so if you've any old cycling equipment you have since upgraded bring it along to sell, and if your currently in need of some new equipment come along and have a look at what's on offer.

Our bagpacks in Tesco and Dunnes Maynooth are both coming up soon, next weekend (14-16th) we're in Tesco, to sign up for a few hours here please fill in your availability here (TESCO). The weekend after that (21st-23rd) we're in Dunnes, to sign up for this weekend please fill it in here (DUNNES). Don't forget that 2 hours at either of these counts as a €30 reduction in the total amount of sponsorship that you have to raise.

Our other upcoming fundraiser is our take me out night, this is being held next Monday in the Students Union Bar on campus (again see attached map) Kick off is at  8:30pm there is a flyer for this attached to this email, its only €5 entry at the door and as always it promises to be a great night with plenty of fun and laughs for everyone there.

Cya's all over the next two weeks!
Andrew
