Open Meeting Today! Mandatory Cycles and Bagpacks

Hi All,

Just a quick reminder that the open meeting is on today at 7:30pm in John Hume Lecture theatre 1. 

This will be your final chance to make any changes to your registration, whether its changing jersey/ hoodie name/size to booking accommodation or paying your deposit. This will also be your chance to pick who you want to stay with in the hostel in Galway. There will also be several talks, one from the PWSAI about where the money raised will be going, one about the weekend with more info for you, one about training, and one about collectors (which we all are on the Saturday) 

This year we will also have a second hand bike equipment sale, so if you have any second hand equipment you are willing to donate or are looking for some high quality low priced deals come along.

Also a reminder that this coming weekend is the second of February's mandatory cycles, so if you didn't make it out last weekend make sure you get out this weekend.

This coming weekend is also the first of our bagpacks, this Friday-Sunday we'll be in Tesco Maynooth packing bags and raising money, don't forget that 2 hours bagpacking = €30 reduction in your fundraising. To sign up for this bagpack please fill in this doodle poll
