Launch of GC15, AGM and Voting

Hi all,

So the biggest night of the year is coming up soon! We're just about ready to get started on another year of epic craic, charity and cycling!! 

The Launch and AGM for the Galway Cycle 2015 will be held this day next week (Wednesday 15th) in JHL1 in Maynooth University (see attached map of campus for location).

We'll be there informally from 6:30 if anyone wants to drop by with any questions or just to catch up, and the formal proceedings will be starting at 7:30.

This is one of the most important meetings we will have this year, we will be deciding our charity for the coming year! The 5 charities selected by you through the email voting will be presenting and the final voting will take place on the night to decide who the money raised by GC15 will be going towards! 

Don't forget that the deadline is this Friday for the email votes!

At the AGM we will also be electing a new student committee, we're looking for students to take up the following roles:

• President
  
• Vice President
  
• PRO
  
• Secretary
  
• Treasurer
  

As well as anyone else who wants to get involved in organising and running this awesome event for the forthcoming year!

So basically put the date in your diaries, book a babysitter if you need one, and get ready for a night to rival the Friday in Monroes!!
