Galway Cycle Ball!!!!

Hi all

For those of you who don't know we have set about organising a GALWAY CYCLE BALL to celebrate the amazing achievements of everyone over the past 26 years. We want to have a night to remember where everyone can get dressed up in their finest attire, have a delicious meal, listen to some amazing music, enjoy great company and above all else have some great craic!!!!! 

The ball has been provisionally booked for Friday the 8th of November in Barberstown Castle! (Straffan, Co. Kildare. About 15 minutes from Maynooth)

The provisional cost of tickets will be 65 euro! (There will also be limited discounted tickets for Maynooth students attending)

This will include: 

• A champagne reception on arrival, 
• A delicious three course meal, 
• Both a band and dj for the post dinner shenanigans 
• And some little party favours!!!
  

There are also rooms available at a discounted rate of 75 euros per room, for anyone who would like to stay over for the evening. (When you ring to book just mention its in connection with the Maynooth charity cycle to Galway)

We are extremely excited about the coming months and look forward to hearing from you all. We hope to commence selling the tickets at the end of August and have everything finalised by the end of September!!!

Please feel free to invite any Galway cycle alumni who may not have heard about the ball, any new participants who are thinking of joining the family or just any body who fancies having a great night with great people!!:-)
