If you or any other artists are looking for housing, check out the ADU units here. They are very affordable, especially if you're pairing up with another artist, and the community is brand new. 

The demographic is pretty much 20 somethings, as it's located in a university neighborhood.

Let me know if you have questions about the ADU program in DC. You really have to stay on top of the leasing offices to properly follow the wait lists with each building.

1 Person $38,307 to $59,920 per household
2 People $43,779 to $68,480 per household
3 People $53,988 to $77,040 per household
4 People $65,371 to $85,600 per household
5 People $65,435 to $94,160 per household

If you qualify for this program, rent for these homes will be**:

Studio + One Bath: $1,375 per month
One Bedroom + One Bath: $1,525 per month
Two Bedroom + Two Bath: $1,926 per month
