Learn what Casting Directors, Directors, AD's, PA's, Make-up Artist,
Costume Designers and others asked us to teach you and expect you to
know. Regardless of your acting experience, inexperience, age or union
status join us for:
"THE IN'S AND OUT'S OF BACKGROUND, (EXTRA) ACTING" *

should be required for all actors. This class gave me the confidence
to do a great job! It's well worth my hour and 45 minute commute. You
filled in the gaps for me. It's a winner! The filming was a fun,

Topics include:
Working on-camera, how to speak with a Casting Directors, terms you
need to know before and during a shoot, wardrobe, what to wear,
acting, Do's and Don'ts on the set, how to get paid and more.

August 15th, 2006. 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm

a Polaroid of you for $2.00 each)

Instructors: Gale Nemec, (SAG, AFTRA), Producer and Debbi Smith, (SAG)
both actors with years of on-set experience in background and
supporting acting.
A sampling: Television: The Wire, The District, The West Wing.
Films: The Visiting, Head of State, Fatwa, The Sentential, Step-Up,
Evan Almighty, National Treasurer, Ladder 49, Something the Lord Made,
Soul Mates.

Bring a pen and get ready to take notes!
