White Beach, Boracay - July 2019

We went to White beach after arrival, late afternoon on an overcast day.

White Beach facing north. Note the wide open beach space. No vendors, no blocked area for lounge chairs of hotels and restaurants along the shore.

White beach facing south. The tourists have to bring their own mats/beach towels to sit on the sand. No more commercial sand castles where you'll have to pay to have a photo taken.

The boatmen selling tours are confined past the treeline in the background. The beach police patrol the area and make sure they stay there; and rules such as no smoking, drinking alcohol are enforced. 

The water is nice and clear - considering that this is already the habagat season when we used to see green stuff floating.
