NCover parameters

If you call Gallio.Echo with the NCover option, is there a way to pass
other arguments to NCover?

Not yet, I'm afraid.
Part of the plumbing is in place for it but some crucial bits are missing.

I think I already have an issue open for this but feel free to create a new
one.
