How to use a local.testsettings file with Gallio

Wondering if there is a way to use a local.testsettings file as a param to send to gallio/Sonar.

We have a few tests that are forcing certain paramaters in the testsettings file.

Is there any way to send this as a param to Gallio in Sonar?
