Gallio 3.3 fresh install, error when running Icarus as normal user.

Hi everyone,

I just did a fresh install from the GallioBundle-3.3.458.0-Setup-x64.msi package. When I try to run Icarus as my normal user, I get a popup saying that "Gallio.Host.x86.exe could not be started" (popup is attached).

If I run Icarus as an administrator, the application runs fine.
