March is Celebrate Youth Arts Month
Hancock- Visit the Copper Country Community Arts Center during March to view more than 350 wonderful works of youth art. The Celebrate Youth Arts Month exhibition is an annual exhibition and will be on display March 7- April 4 in the Youth Gallery and the Kerredge Gallery at the Copper Country Community Arts Center. March is a time to recognize young artists and to appreciate the art teachers who work throughout the school year encouraging and inspiring their students.  The public is welcome to the opening reception on Saturday, March 7 from noon-2pm.

This year’s participating schools include: Baraga Area Schools, Barkell Elementary, Calumet High School, Washington Middle School, CLK Elementary, CLK Discovery Center, Dollar Bay-Tamarack City Schools, Hancock High School, Hancock Middle School, Houghton Elementary, Houghton Middle School, Houghton High School, Jeffers High School, Philip LaTendresse Elementary, and South Range Elementary.
