Are you sure it has been hacked?  Or is that just what the tech guy told you?

Your gallery is old and was just moved to a new server and host. What PHP are they running?  Probably 8+ if your gallery is old then it won't run on 8 get them to roll back to php7. If that works then update the gallery to the latest revival version 3.09? Then put the PHP back up to 8

Can Anyone help me.

I'm still researching what's currently available as a replacement for your not-working gallery. But if what you say now is the case -- that your gallery has been hacked -- I'm afraid it is unlikely anyone in the group can be of much help via email -- the variables on what kind of damage has been done are just too many possibilities to sort out.
