User having problems logging in

I have one Gallery 3 user having problems logging in with his non-admin account. I can login with his account on my PC without any issues. I initially had him clear his browser cache and I also cleared the server cache and enabled development mode in cPanel using Cachewall - this seemed to clear his problem but this has now started happening again unless he switches to the Edge browser. Errors are reported in the log below.
