Good news!
Brad Dutton has been leading a community that is continuing
Gallery development. He and his team have made progress over the
past year and have a stable version of Gallery 3 that is PHP 7+
compatible, contains a replacement for the old Flash-based image
uploader, an updated jQuery Library and other features. They've
been testing it for a year now with no problems and have released
it as Gallery 3.1.0.
You can download it from galleryrevival.com
You can get help in their forums
Jeffrey,
I have the last official version 3.2.2 release of the greydragon module and theme -- two separate items and you need both for greydragon to work. They can be found at private location I've created:
After you've downloaded and unpacked them and put them in the correct G3 folders, I strongly urge going to the extensive greydragon installation, details and features page at the old gallery codex. Even though it has not been updated in many years, it is still an excellent guide to installing and using greydragon:

Harley (and Jeffrey),
As Gallery sometimes says, "Dang... something
went wrong". This time with my brain. I originally provided the
wrong links to the greydragon module and theme. Here they are
again. As noted before, the greydragon module must be activated
from the admin dashboard before the actual grey dragon theme can
be activated. So there are two different links:
http://thepostalzone.com/g3greydragon/greydragon-module.zip
http://thepostalzone.com/g3greydragon/greydragon-theme.zip
The theme is version 3.2.2 -- the last 'official 'release in 2012. If the links above don't work, please let me know. My server people keep fiddling with security settings...
Also as before, there is plenty of good info on using greydragon at:
