Gallery3 Replacement coming along

Hey folks,

As a reminder if anybody here is looking to move off of their Gallery3 codebase, what I'm developing with some others to replace our Gallery instance at Silicon Image could prove a good replacement.

It is being developed with PHP version 8 in mind, on Laravel with the MIT license. The database engine is PostgreSQL, chosen for it's balance of performance and reliability. We wont be supporting MySQL/MariaDB so if you're hosting on a primarily shared platform be aware that postgres isn't as well supported on cPanel/Plesk servers. We are also primarily using NGINX for security and performance reasons, but I will include an htaccess/vhost setup for Apache.

As of right now our themes and setup are geared towards us, but once our primary developer is finished with deployment I will be creating a white label theme and adding some toggles, mostly so that people can modify it and use it as necessary for their own needs. I will update the community periodically.

If anybody is interested in trying it out especially the migration scripts, you can let me know and we'll talk about it.

At some point, if there's sufficient demand I will create a separate website for it with support forums. I'm mostly testing the waters now and gauging if people would be interested.
