That's not a bad idea, since using some AI tools would make it easier then ever for a spammer to sign up to a whole bunch of lists and forums extremely quickly and then enable the new potential spammer's first few "messages" to post to those places at the same time. It's up to Jean to decide on this since he does the group monitoring -- hard to say if it would make for more or less work on his part. Since we're a specialty group we might not get targeted as much as many others and so waiting for the new member to post something inappropriate and then remove that person might still be less hassle. For now, anyway. Who can guess what things will be like in a month or two, what with advanced AIs now completely out of the cage and running amok in the world.
