Hi Luiz,

To install Gall go ot http://www.gall.com.ve/. There you can find how
to make the install process.
We are going to release a complety rewritten a more powerfull version
of gall in the next couple of weeks.
Maybe you are interested in wait to the next release.

We are realising today the version 0.5. You can view a video with the new features in gall.com.ve.
