Hi,

I can't find YOUR_IP1_HERE or YOUR_IP2_HERE in the database.
Is there something missing?

Greetings Nico,

Find the request_ip table in the Mysql database.  Look for "ip" fields and put your ip number there. In the "ip_group" field put "1" or "2". ip number with ip_group 1 are user for for get tweets, retweets, mentions and direct message. ip_group 2 are used to get followers/ followings information. If you have only one ip create a row with ip_group 1 and another one for ip_group 2.

Hope this help!
