A leading group of company require a dynamic candidate for the post of Finance Manager.The package ( including family status ) is attractive and range SAR 14,000 to 16,000 depending on how the candidate will fair in the interview.
The company is engaged in the business of Importing & marketing industrial machinery having branches in Jedda, Dammam, Riyad & in Makka.. The finance manager will have to oversee the finance of all branches & report directly to group CFO & company GM.
The Candidate should posses :
1. Completed Chartered accountancy or Final level attempted
2. Should have sound abilities in budgeting & forecasting.
3..Must have strong Auditing background to bring about internal control & audit system for finacial activities & stores..
4. Should develop policies & procedure for finance department & work closely with CFO in the implementation of group policies
5.Should be able to to do monthly closing of financials in the ERP systems
6.Should have sound abilities in working capital management & in credit control techniques.
7.Should posses excellent people handling skills & specially dealing with other department
The candidate must have handle senior position in fiance at least 3-5 years & preferably worked as finance manager in a complex operation. Must have background of working with budgets & cash flow forecasts.
Company is very keen on recruiting Sri Lankan Chartered Accountant however candidates with CIMA, ACCA , CMA final level with senior experience will also be considered.
The candidate should streamline the finance & bring controls in all areas that effects finance.The company will give full autonomy to finance manager to implement his suggestion & controls.
The company is expect the finance manager to be aggressive & work independently.
