I with deep sorrow let you Mohamed Zaid aged 9 years is suffering with
leukemia (Blood Cancer). As his condition is much critical he needs to
undergo for a bone marrow transplantation surgery at Kamakshi Memorial
Hospital or Apollo Hospital in India which will cost around 50 lakhs
Sri Lankan Rupees(20 Lakhs Indian Rupees). It is impossible for the
family members to bear this huge amount only by themselves. Already
they have sold some of their properties and Jewelries for medical
treatments in this regard.
I humbly request you to forward this mail and attached relevant
documents to well wishers those who wish to financially help them to
make this surgery a success.
And this request is made by myself in the pure intention of
helping/assisting Zaid and his parents, even without advicing, me to
do so.
My prayers for a healthy and wealthy life for you and your family will
remain and almighty Allah may grant you the Jennathul Firdous for this
help you do for them.
