As the world's leading supplier of wind power solutions.   Production Business Unit PEX Global Service Center   This role is a part of Production Engineering services team, working as Manager (NDT) supporting different Blade factories in Vestas Worldwide.    Responsibilities: Responsible for on time and accurate evaluation of UT Reports with respect to applicable codes, standards and procedures. Ensure implementation of standard work and process in NDT of blades with respect to Vestas requirements.  Supervise or direct the work of non-destructive testing (NDT) staff. Monitor performance of UT evaluation reports & improve Work with engineering teams on approval for Nonconformance if any with respect to applicable standards.  Coach & Train NDT (UT) Level I & II as per Vestas NDT requirements. Performance reporting & continuous improvements. Ability to define the limitation of application of testing methods Document non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, processes, or results. Oversee NDT certification program Qualifications: At least 10 to 15 year experience in composite Industry.  Experience in handling teams & projects  Minimum 5 – 7 years of work experience in NDT (UT) Technique.  Experience in Blades manufacturing techniques and processes added advantage Competencies: Fluent in English (Oral & Written) Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power point  Open and seek collaboration with team-members + engage proactive approach with Factory staff in each region across the globe Customer focused Ability to manage with many different levels in the Organization Strong analytical and problem solving skills Willingness to Travel – Domestic & Overseas What we offer: We offer a job in a global organization with excellent oppurtunities for cross cultural and personal development.
