Dear Candidate,

The C.A.T. Group has played a significant and proud role in the history of 20th Century Contracting. Established in Haifa in 1937, the Contracting And Trading (C.A.T.) Company experienced both the sufferings and the aspirations of the tumultuous area.
Require Following categories:
QC Inspector (Painting / Coating).
Inspector shall be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards and critical coatings. Shall be fully conversant with abrasive blast cleaning, Spray Painting. Inspector shall be qualified CSWIP/B-GAS Grade 2 or NACE. (CSWIP Grade 3 is acceptable however further training and qualification will be required to attain the position of QC Painting / Coating).
Q.C. Inspector (Welding)
Welding Inspector shall be certified American Welding Society CWI, CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector or acceptable equivalent.
Inspector shall be conversant with and have a demonstrated background of International Codes such as ASME Sections V, VIII and IX, API 1104, 620 and 650, ANSI B31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, AWS D1.1 as required for they type of work to be undertaken.
Inspector shall also be able to demonstrate full understanding of Base and Filler Materials, Welding Processes, Procedure and Welder Qualification, Defect Types, Causes and Avoidance.
When N.D.E. is included in the duties then qualifications and experience shall include those stipulated in paragraph 7.10.
QC Inspector (Civil)
Inspector shall be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes such as Uniform Building Codes (UBC) or equivalent standards. As applicable for the work, he shall demonstrate thorough knowledge and proven ability in construction techniques with emphasis on soil mechanics, concrete structures, foundations, retaining walls, structural steel, masonry, building interiors, building finishes, roof systems and asphalt. He shall be fully conversant with materials and methods currently employed in the field of work to be undertaken and be able to fully understand project civil and structural drawings.
