About Company :
Our Client is certified as an ISO 9001:2008 Engineering & Construction company registered in the Dubai, UAE and offers wide range of services to Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Power and non conventional energy industry.
They have strong experience in Project execution for Oil, Gas and petrochemical sector and many have worked with some of the largest Engineering & Construction firms.
They Urgently requires followings:
Location - ABU DHABI - UAE
**** *** 01. QA / QC INSPECTOR'S - (E & I) - 5 NOS
* Degree / Diploma & Minimum 5 Years exp ' in Oil Gas Sector.
Brief Job responsibilities:
1. Regular and routine surveillance of E&I activities.
2. Perform quality audits throughout project cycle.
3. Inspection and testing activities as required by the project specifications, standards, and codes and approved inspection and test plans.
4. Monitor / inspect subcontractors' and suppliers' procedures, materials, documentation, testing activities, calibration activities for compliance.
5. Reviewing subcontractor quality documentation.
6. Completing and signing of construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning ITP's and MS.
7. Installation & testing of cables up to 33KV
8. Inspection & Testing of Distribution Transformers PCC, MCC, ESD, DCS and cable management systems.
9. Inspection of cable pulling, dressing, glanding and termination activities and documentation.
10. Inspection of instrument installation activities and documentation.
11. Inspection and verification of instrumentation calibration activities and documentation.
12. Inspection of field junction box, distribution board and electrical panel installation and associated documentation.
13. Carry out a variety of construction/recommissioning/commissioning related tasks.
14. Conducting final inspection of electrical and instrumentation installation prior to system handover punch listing.
15. Verification of punch list items closeout.
16. Reviewing and verification of As Built construction drawings.
Salary negotiable - + FOOD + ACCOM + other perks
