This will be a 5 days training program consisting of 4 modules as follows:

The Course Certificate will be issued by HSB Global Standards. HSB stands for “Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection & Insurance Co.” which is a 130 year old organization based at Connecticut, USA. As the world's largest Authorized Inspection Agency (AIA) accredited by the ASME, they offer a range of inspection services for boilers, pressure vessels, nuclear components and power plants. Their engineers participate in all key ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code committees, as well as AWS, ASQC, ACI, ASNT and other technical organizations. 
Mr.Hiren Dalal Hiren Dalal, currently the Manager, Code Services, HSB International (India) Pvt. Ltd., has been with HSB Global Standards since 2007. Previously he had worked with Larson & Toubro Limited Hazira for 10 years as a Manufacturing Engineer for construction of large pressure equipments made as per ASME Sections I, B31.1, and VIII. Hiren migrated to Canada and worked for Factory Mutual Insurance Company as a National Board Commissioned Inspector after obtaining his NB Commission and Certificate of Competency from the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), Canada. He presently holds National Board Commission with "A", "N" & “B” endorsements and is the Secretary of International INDIA Working Group (BPV I) an ASME Committee on Power Boilers (BPV I). He is responsible for setting up Non-Nuclear clients for ASME certificate of authorization and provides technical support / code consultation on ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Sections I, II, III, V, VIII & IX to his clients and Inspectors in India. | 
Mr.Venkatesan Jayabalan Venkatesan Jayabalan is a Mechanical Engineer ( Specialised in Metallurgy & Material Science), ASNT NDT Level – III, AWS-CWI, CSWIP 3.1, API 651 and an ISO Lead Auditor, with experience of over 25 Years in QA/QC, Inspection, Welding Quality and NDT. He is currently working with HSB Global Standards as Authorized Inspector Supervisor ( AIS) & PED Auditor and involved in ASME shop certification and ASME Inspection covering construction Codes ASME Section VIII Div.1, Div.2, ASME Section – I, ASME B31.3, ASME Sec – X, holding additional responsibility as Supervisor – Code Services for Providing Technical support and guidance to Authorized Inspectors.
Previously he had worked in Larsen & Toubro Limited- ECC Division and Thermax Limited in India for 8 Years and ABJ Engineering ( Kharafi National) as Project QC Manager for 10 years in the State of Kuwait. He was involved in many Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical plants handling QA/QC and Inspection activities of Projects. He has conducted many trainings for QC Engineers and Inspectors. |
