No new Galen Upgrades from Nov 2018?

Hi , I am new to Galen Framework and am thinking about using the Framework in my projects. However one thing concerns me is that there are no new updates since Nov 2018.

Also there is no Support document for installing on Windows 10 (apart from the windows 7 and XP document) .http://mindengine.net/post/2014-01-08-configuring-galen-framework-for-windows/#.YJzcK7UzY2w.

Hope the product will continue very well in the future.
