Login Service - Sample Application.

Hi Robin,

I have finally managed to complete my sample Login Service using
Galaxy SOA.

It also has some MX Unit tests (I know you prefer rocketunit - but I
didn't have the time to learn "another" new thing ....
And working tests are better than no tests.

Anyway - it has lots of comments etc, so I thought might like to make
use of it.
Even if it is in so far as to mention that people are using Galaxy SOA
during your CFObjective presentation upon it.
