Nice to see all of you working again :)

It was such a pleasure to see all of you working again, i've been
following you since last year and was really disappointed when you
stopped developing and the project stood still. Then came a new guy,
that continued to develop the xmpp protocol. But now you all three are
working, i hope you don't take long to get to complete 0.8 milestones.
I would love to learn how to program, i have lots of free time this
year and i'm really into computers, i just mess around all the time.

Well right now I've been working on making the IRC protocol a actually
usable one that would increase the nerd factor for Galaxium.

There is still a LOT that can be done with IRC, but in terms of having
a basic handler, its pretty good so far.

DCC SEND and DCC CHAT are automatically used to talk and send files.
Channels can be auto-joined, or persistent so that when you close the
windows, they stay open and keep logging.

I'm sure there are lots of bugs, i need testers for this.
