IRC Protocol Addin Testing

Hello All,

I've gotten the IRC addin to the point where I need people to find
bugs and offer suggestions on functionality. Available in SVN only
(0.8.x).

Currently we have the following features:

- Process /commands in network console or chat windows
- Browse groups
- Join/Part groups
- Manage group topic/modes
- Store groups/contacts in list
- Set channels to auto-join/persistent
- DCC send/receive file transfers (Basic DCC SEND only)
- DCC chat initiate/accept in private conversations (Basic DCC CHAT
only)

If there are any IRC users, or people new to IRC that want to check it
out, it would be great if you could at least try it and give your
suggestions/advice/bugs.
