Some of you may have noticed a few new messages in the last turn or
two. I added a "Ship...failed to report in" message to help see
"Missings". I've also added a "Combat" status line to let you know to
look for a combat report and an extra piece on the "Cease Fire"
message to tell you if (some) actions were cancelled or continued as a
result of the Cease Fire.
Can anyone think of any additional messages of this type (or whatever)
that they'd like to see added?
