Recruitment agencies can be found in most larger cities of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. All recruitment agencies have to be discovered first by passing the street in front of it and after that they will be marked with on the map. Once an agency is discovered one can also access them via the game menu screen.

The agency charges a one-time fee of 1,500 EUR/USD for each driver hired. Once you hire a driver, you have to choose which garage they will be based at and which truck they will be driving. If you don't have an available truck, you can place the driver in an empty garage slot until you do.

When the driver has a truck they will start to work immediately. The driver will always attempt to schedule hauls from their home city out and then back again to minimize downtime, but occasionally no suitable cargo will be found for the return trip.

Under each driver's name you will find a rating that describes how efficient the driver is. As you train your driver in new skills and increase their training in existing skills, their rating will increase. As their rating increases, so too does their earned income.

Below the rating you will find the starting wage that the driver is asking. Whenever your new driver completes a job, this fee will be deducted from the job income along with any fuel and toll expenses. As the driver gains rating and skills, the wage will go up accordingly.

The final information displayed about each available driver is their skills. These will go up in time, but it is still a good idea to get a driver with a variety of skills. Long distance is the most wanted skill for making money, then ADR. Even eco driving can make a difference.

The default setting for skill improvements of a hired driver is "Balanced". You can find it on driver's detail in Driver Manager section of your Company Manager. It's recommended to change it to more specific skill, like Long distance or ADR.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 allows you to get multiple trucks and have computer drivers drive them around making you money. These computer drivers are gotten from recruitment agencies. Are all of these recruitment agencies always in the same place?

You discover recruiting agencies in the cities you travel to. On the map they show up as question marks before you discover them, like truck dealers do as well. Once discovered you can recruit drivers using the main control panel, click on the job agency icon located in lower right corner. Good luck.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 is an open-world truck simulator game that gives players the freedom to trek out on the open road. The game is one of the most successfully running simulators of the decade, which mixes a bit of simulation, strategy, and man management while trying to build a trucking empire!

One of the key features of Euro Truck Simulator 2 is sending out other drivers on jobs. If players manage their employees well, the benefits can be quite lucrative to one's bottom line. This guide will help players understand the key features of managing other drivers and utilizing them to their fullest potential.

For people new to the game and are here for a preview, there are a few things to remember before getting to this part. First, players must be at least Level 3 to enter this phase. Only then will they have the power to purchase a garage from which the trucks can operate.

Suppose the agency doesn't provide a driver with the necessary skill sets in demand. In that case, the player can choose to train them using the "Driver Manager." A driver can have up to four skills and would need to be "Level 1" in at least one of them to qualify for the assignments. Also, the more proficient they are with their skills, the more they become economical and suitable earners.

Now that the prerequisite pointers have been discussed, assignments can now be given. While hiring drivers, the game mandates that the player assign the new recruit to an owned garage and pick the truck that would need their driving expertise. Once that is done, the game automatically triggers the drivers to work independently.

Players can check the drivers through the garage manager, which shows the operations of the garage as a whole, including the drivers stationed there. The second way would be to open the Driver Manager and select the drivers' list. This provides the complete list of drivers under the player's control, including their positioned status, total earnings, assigned truck, and current status.
