Want to be a part of a cooking demo? There's a free one sponsored by CHOICES at Mt Carmel Baptist Church Monday January 23rd at 5pm - the topic is Balancing the food on your plate and in your life - incorporating healthy food into your diet - learning to start from scratch by cooking seasonally

The Illegal Jam Company has been busy with tons of citrus in the jampot - from Sweet Orange Jam to Calamondin Marmalade - fresh, local, yummy!
