Rookie technician seeking tour of computer components

Hi,

My name is Elizabeth, and I like to be called "E." I am taking "Computer Essentials" at Santa Fe. I am reaching out (as a suggestion from Daniel) to seek someone knowledgeable in hardware to support me in opening up a computer (I have an old laptop with a failing monitor and/or video card) and take a tour of components with me, to discuss how to install them and what they do. I have rudimentary knowledge from my class and lots of interest. I only ask 30 min.-ish due to my work starting real early in the morning.

Anyone available?

Hi, Sergio,

I forgot to meet Brian, and I apologized, but I fear he may have given up on me. My current struggle in my class is identifying differing types of RAM, especially DDR4. I cannot differentiate it from DDR2. Please let me know if you have any time on a weekday between 4-7 pm. Friday will not work this week. Thanks for considering.
